Carli Call is a filmmaker working in super 8 and 16mm film.

With a background in studio art, Carli draws inspiration from the unique artistic process of working with film and the joy she witnesses at each wedding. Carlis signature warmth and levity bring a natural ease to every aspect of the creative process. She believes the best art is made out of honest, heartfelt moments, and the endearing, playful quality of super 8 reflects her relationship with the medium.

Outside of the studio, you can find Carli on the ski slopes, enjoying a summery mountain-lake dip, or perusing design & architecture magazines with tea in hand.

“Over the past decade, I’ve nurtured a passion for the craftsmanship of working with super 8 and 16mm film. But alongside the love of the process, what I’ve enjoyed most is being invited into the incredible moments of my client’s lives. My approach is deeply experience-focused, capturing unfiltered genuine connection as it plays out naturally. Being able to document weddings in this way is an honor and a privilege.”
